Acacio Pereira & Cielda Pereira get awarded at 8th Goa State Film Festival Awards ( 2014-2015). It was a twin cheer for Betalbatim Village. as Acacio Pereira was awarded the Best Playback Singer ( male)  and Cielda Pereira got awarded the Best Playback Singer ( female) for the same konkani film Nirmon. 

 Acacio Pereira has fan following across stared hotels and some of the most frequented restaurants in Goa. Even shows in other parts of India have been talked about since quite some time. His unique voice and his skill with saxophone together has created admirers across generations. 

Cielda Pereira who shot into fame after being crowned the voice of Goa in the first edition of  " Goemcho Avaz" , has not looked back since then. Cielda has a journey of collecting awards for singing  since her young days and the blockbuster " Nachom- ia -kumpasar" launched her into the mainstream konkani playback singing.

Acacio Pereira from Betalbatim, Goa has finally launched his much awaited album,  "JOURNEY".

A great human being with an amazing voice that will leave you spellbound has fans following across continents. Son of our soil has done us proud by doing all by himself. All songs are written, composed and programmed by Acacio.

The JOURNEY was launched by Mr. Wendell Rodricks , latter followed by dinner hosted Mr. Xavier Furtado, the MD of Holiday Inn. It was an emotional moment for Acacio as he thanked those very few who made it possible with a special mention of 

Mr. Xavier Furtado, who made the launch possible. 

With this launch the JOURNEY has just begun........
