みさきまぐろきっぷと最後の「歌う電車」
4月29日、「みさきまぐろきっぷ」を使って京浜急行と三崎を楽しんできた。京浜急行で品川駅から三崎口駅へ行くのだからと、2100形が入りやすいダイヤである9:27品川始発の快特（A快特）に乗ることにした。そして入線してきたのは、なんと2100形最後のシーメンス製VVVFインバーター「SIBAS32」、いわゆる「ドレミファインバーター」搭載の2133F!!「Powered by SIEMENS」の文字が見られる2100形もこの2133Fだけ運転席後ろの座席に座り、これで最後となるかもしれない2100形の「ファソラシ♭ドレミ♭ファソー♪」という独特のVVVF音を聴きながら、三崎口駅へと出発した。金沢文庫駅を過ぎると進行右側の車窓に総合車両製作所の横浜事業所が見える。そこには新製間もないE7系新幹線の姿が。品川駅から64分、終点・三崎口駅では2157F「BLUE SKY TRAIN」との並びも見られた。改札口を出るとすぐに三崎港方面へと向かう京急バスが待っていた。三崎港バス停で降り、ここでみさきまぐろきっぷ最大のお楽しみ。港の近くの食事処・魚音でマグロ料理を頂く。みさきまぐろきっぷは、三浦海岸駅・三崎口駅周辺のマグロが食べられる食事処で、対象のマグロ料理1品との引き換えができることが最大の魅力。対象のお店・料理はパンフレットに掲載されているほか、店頭に「みさきまぐろきっぷ協力店」のステッカーが貼り出されている。僕は最初、パンフレットやWebサイトに載っていた「丼73」を注文しようとしたが、販売を終了してしまっていたため、オススメの1品でもあったまぐろ海鮮丼（通常価格1620円）を注文。マグロの他、シラスやエビなども盛られたボリュームたっぷりの海鮮丼海鮮丼の次はもう一つのみさきまぐろきっぷのお楽しみ、三崎港から出る水中観光船「にじいろさかな号」に乗船。みさきまぐろきっぷにはマグロ料理引換券の他に、アミューズメント施設の利用特典も付いている。「にじいろさかな号」の他に、京急油壺マリンパークや日帰り入浴施設の中から1つ選ぶことができる。船には水中展望席があり、港から10分ほど離れた海、宮川湾へと航行する。宮川湾に着くと、水中展望席の窓からは大量の魚の群れが間近に見えた。見られる魚はメジナ、メバル、イシダイ、カワハギなど。上の甲板からは魚達への餌付けの体験もすることができた。船から城ヶ島を眺める。港に戻り船を降りると小雨が降り始めた。これではあまり外に出ることはできないと、きっぷで乗り放題になる京急バスの車窓から三浦の景色を眺めることに。城ヶ島、油壺を経由して三崎口駅へと戻った。帰りは、行きに2133Fと並ぶ姿を見た2157F「BLUE SKY TRAIN」の快特（A快特）泉岳寺行きに乗車。「青い京浜急行」は初めての乗車だった。On April 29th, I went travelling in Miura Peninsula in Kanagawa Prefecture by Keikyu Line using "Misaki Tuna Ticket".I chose to ride a green limited express at 9:27. As I expected, the train was operated by 2100 Series, and for that matter, it was 2133F set, which was only one set installing inverter controllers "SIBAS32" made by SIEMENS making a sound like a musical scale when the train departs.Sitting on a transverse seat behind the driver's cab, my travel started hearing the musical scale, which may be last time for me.Soon after leaving Kanazawa-bunko Station, I could see a railway rolling stock factory of J-TREC and a newly-built E7 Series Shinkansen, which it was first time for me to see.Taking an hour and four minute, the train arrived at Misakiguchi terminal and met a blue-coloured one nicknamed "BLUE SKY TRAIN".Going out of the ticket gate, a Keikyu Bus going toward Misaki Port was stopping. Arriving the port, I went to a restaurant "UOOTO" to eat tuna cuisine.It was the best attraction of the ticket to choose a tuna cuisine by a coupon accompanying the ticket at restaurants around Miura-kaigan Station or Misakiguchi Station. You can know where the cuisines eat on the website of Keikyu or the brochure of the ticket, and the shops shows the sign you can use the coupon on their entrance. First, I planned to order "Don 73" which appeared on the brochure, but it had been finished serving. I ate another bowl of rice topped with tuna and several sliced fish, whitebaits, and a shrimp (costing 1620 yen on the regular price).Next was the other attraction of the ticket, a boat with underdeck underwater observation seats from the port named "Rainbow Fish" by an amusement coupon. You can also choose an amusement from this boat, Keikyu Aburatsubo Aquarium, and hot spring baths.Taking a ten-minute voyage, the boat came to a fish community nearby in Miyakawa Bay, where I could see such as girella, black rockfish, parrot bass, and threadsail filefish. Going up to the deck, I also could feed the fish and photograph the view of Jogashima Island.Getting off the boat, it started to rain. Then I watched the scenery from the window of buses while coming back to Misakiguchi Station.The train I rode on the way home was 2155F set of 2100 Series, which I saw on the morning.

未だに残っている「菊名方面」
25日、都営地下鉄大江戸線上野御徒町駅の入口に掲げられていた路線案内に、地下通路で直結している東京メトロ日比谷線仲御徒町駅のものも併記されていたのだが、そこに「菊名方面」の文字が消されずに残っていたのだ。2013（平成25）年3月15日に菊名行き列車が日比谷線から姿を消してから1年以上の月日が経った。未調査だが東京メトロ各駅ではすでに「菊名方面」の文字は消されているものと思われる。しかしこの入口は東京都交通局の管轄にあるため、都営大江戸線に変化がなかったため残存されてしまったものと見られる。これも2社に別れてしまった弊害と言えるのだろうか？On 25th, I found a guide board above the stairway at a entrance of Ueno-okachimachi Station on Toei Oedo Line, with which the one about Naka-okachimachi Station on Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line was put down, but on which the letter of the train toward Kikuna on Tokyu Toyoko Line still remains.Over a year has passed since the end of the operation of Hibiya Line trains for Kikuna. Though the letter on the boards in Tokyo Metro stations may be erased, this one wasn't because of under the jurisdiction of Bureau of Tokyo Metropolitan Transportation and no change on Toei Oedo Line. Is it a bad effect of the separation of two underground railway companies in Tokyo?

「あの花」タイアップの観光ガイドブック
24日、大泉学園駅のTOMONYで今年3月に発売された「るるぶ あの日見た花の名前を僕達はまだ知らない。」を買った。秩父・長瀞エリアの有名観光地はもちろんのこと、TVシリーズ各話と映画を振り返りながら作中に登場した風景の紹介、脚本を担当した岡田麿里さん、めんまちゃんの声を担当した”かやのん”こと茅野愛衣ちゃんのインタビュー、2014（平成26）年最大のイベントである札所総開帳に沸く34箇所の札所巡り案内、秩父で買える「あの花」グッズやお土産の紹介、季節ごとのイベントなど、「あの花」ファンにはたまらない、アニメと秩父の街を楽しむには欠かせない1冊。2011（平成23）年のTVシリーズ放送時より、作中で描かれた風景を求めて秩父を訪れる観光客が増え、放送終了後も根強い人気を誇り、2013（平成25）年には映画版が公開された。秩父市では今なお積極的にイベントやグッズ、ポスターなどに活用したり、西武鉄道が3度に渡ってラッピング車両を登場させるなど、盛り上がりは止まらない。僕もこれを読んでより深く秩父の街のことを勉強して、もう一度秩父に行ったときに訪れてみたい。2014（平成26）年3月31日より運行を開始した西武4000系4005F「あの花」ラッピング車両On 24th, I bought "Rurubu Anohana~the flower we saw that day~", tourist guidebook in Chichibu area in Saitama Prefecture tied up with " Anohana~the flower we saw that day~" sold on this March.This book contains the information about not only famous sightseeing spots, but also the scenery pictured in the work, interview with script writer Mari Okada and Meiko Honma's voice actress Ai Kayano, 34 temples for Chichibu pilgrimage where all Deities exposition is held, the anime goods and souvenirs, and seasonal events, which attract "Anohana" fans to enjoy visiting Chichibu.Since its TV series started to broadcast in 2011, the tourists seeing the scenery has increased. After it ended, the anime work still has remained perennial favorites and the film version was also created and showed in 2013. Chichibu City uses the characters positively, appearing on the events for tourists, goods, and posters. Seibu Railway also run decorative trains three times.I would like to read this book to study more about Chichibu, then visit where appears on.

練馬区新区長は大江戸線延伸推進派!!
2月の志村豊志郎前区長の死去に伴う東京・練馬区の区長選挙が4月20日行われ、都営地下鉄大江戸線延伸推進派の前川燿男（まえかわ・あきお）さんが当選した。前川さんは、志村区政を引き継ぎ、都営地下鉄大江戸線の光が丘～大泉学園町間の延伸や西武池袋線石神井公園～大泉学園間、及び西武新宿線上井草～武蔵関間の高架化の推進、および練馬区に集中的に立地するアニメ製作産業を活用した街づくりを訴えた。大泉学園町駅までの延伸が計画されている都営地下鉄大江戸線 Toei Oedo Line planning to extend to Oizumi-gakuenchoつい最近まで、地方政治において、交通は疎かになりがちと見られてきた。しかし2007（平成19）年に地域公共交通活性化・再生法が施行されてより手厚い支援を自治体ができるようになったり、2011（平成23）年に橋下徹大阪市長が就任後の演説で、まずは大阪市地下鉄の運賃値下げを実現させると公言したりするなど、公共交通と地方政治の関係に変化が見られるようになった。前川区長も都営大江戸線延伸と西武新宿線高架化を選挙公約として選挙に挑んだため、交通政策を公約に盛り込んだ政治家として評価したい。高架化が予定されている上井草～上石神井間を走る西武新宿線 Seibu Shinjuku Line train running between Kami-igusa and Kami-shakujii planning elevation前川区長は2018（平成30）年4月までの任期となる。僕としても、一練馬区民としても、鉄道ファンとしても、大江戸線延伸および西武新宿線高架化推進派の新区長の誕生を喜んでいるとともに、これらの早期実現に期待したい。On 20th a election for new mayor of Nerima-ku, Tokyo because of the death of the previous Toshiro Shimura was held and Akio Maekara, who goes ahead with the extension of Toei Oedo Line to Oizumi-gakuencho, was elected.Mr. Maekawa appealed for the need to follow the late previous mayor's policy, such as not only the subway line's extension, but also the elevation of Seibu Ikebukuro Line between Shakujii-koen and Oizumi-gakuen and Seibu Shinjuku Line between Kami-igusa and Musashi-seki, and the promotion of the city using animation production. Recently, especially since the promotion and reconstruction of regional public transportation law was enforced, the relation between railway and regional politics changes, such as generous support to railways or buses in the city, and the mayor of Osaka City Toru Hahsimoto's manifesto for the reduction in Osaka Municipal Subway's fare. 証券虚偽事件から10年 西武鉄道念願の再上場
4月23日、西武鉄道の持ち株会社、西武ホールディングスが東証1部に上場した。2004（平成16）年に堤義明元会長ら旧経営陣による証券虚偽記載事件を受けて上場廃止となってから、約10年ぶりに、東京メトロを除く大手私鉄全社（阪急電鉄・阪神電気鉄道・相模鉄道はそれぞれの持ち株会社）が東証1部に上場したことになる。虚偽記載事件後、西武鉄道はみずほ銀行の管理下に置かれて（西武鉄道の若林久社長はみずほ銀行出身）経営再建に着手し、新たな持ち株会社となる西武ホールディングスを設立し、支援者として西武ホールディングスへの出資に応じたのが、アメリカの投資ファンド、サーベラス・キャピタル・マネジメントだった。サーベラス社は西武ホールディングスの筆頭株主となったものの、あくまでも経営再建の支援を目的とするものであり、当初は経営への影響力が及ばない範囲で出資した。しかし2012（平成24）年より、上場時の株の売り出し価格を巡ってサーベラス社と西武ホールディングスが対立。サーベラスは企業価値を高めるためという口実で、拒否権を発動できるまでの更なる株の買い増しと取締役の送り込み、西武秩父線、山口線などの路線を廃止させ、埼玉西武ライオンズを売却させようと提案しているのではないかと一部メディアに報道され、両経営陣だけでなく、沿線住民や地元自治体、鉄道ファン、プロ野球ファンをも巻き込み、混乱を極めた。結果として、廃線や球団売却の含みを持たせた株の買い増しは失敗に終わり、取締役会でもサーベラス社からの取締役送り込みは否決された。その後も上場に向けての積極的な話し合いが進められた後、サーベラス側が譲歩し、西武ホールディングスの上場後に日本企業の出資からの全面撤退を2014（平成26）年3月に表明した。この対立は、投資ファンドとして10%近い、高いリターン（配当）を求めていたサーベラス社と、株価は市場が決めるものという考えを持っていた西武ホールディングス、言い換えればアメリカと日本の投資に対する考え方の違いが、混乱を極めた原因だったようだ。当日は1,600円の始値を付け、安値1,565円、高値・終値は1,770円となった。何はともあれ、粉飾決算やサーベラス社との対立を乗り越えての再上場である。鉄道ファンとして、西武鉄道の利用者として、非常に喜ばしいことである。On April 23rd, Seibu Holdings, the holding company of Seibu Railway, relisted on Tokyo Market. 10 years has passed since the delisting of Seibu Railway due to the portfolio misstatement by a former chairman Yoshiaki Tsutsumi and management team on that time. As the result of the relisting, all of the biggest private railway companies except Tokyo Metro (including the holding company of Hankyu Corporation, Hanshin Electric Railway, and Sagami Railway) lists on the market.After the forgery Seibu Railway was brought under Mizuho Bank's control (the present president of Seibu, Hisashi Wakabayashi, came from the bank) to reconstruct the management. When the holding company established the bank offered Cerberus Capital Management to invest to support the reconstruction not having its influence on the management.However, since 2012, Seibu Holdings and Cerberus had had different opinion about the price of Seibu's stock when relisting. As some TV news reported that Cerberus tried to get more stocks to be able to use veto power and planned to some board members, to close unprofitable railway lines, such as Seibu-chichibu Line and Yamaguchi Line, etc., and to sell Saitama Seibu Lions baseball team on a plea of raising company value, which involved residents and city offices along the railway, railway supporters, and baseball fans. This anarchy made all of Cerberus' plans failure; it couldn't get more stocks as planning and send the members.After that, the discussion continued positively and Cerberus appeased Seibu. 西武30000系10両編成 2編成一気に撮影
飯能～西武秩父間で「あの花」ラッピングの4005Fを楽しんだ後、所沢駅で昨年2013（平成25）年12月25日に営業運転を開始した10両編成の30000系2本が一気に撮影できた。まずやってきたのは新宿線の30102F。今回が初遭遇・初撮影となる。続いて池袋線の30101Fが入線。30101Fは乗車したことは2度ほどあったが、本格的な撮影は今回が初めてとなる。デビューした時から撮影したかった車両であったが、思っていたほど遭遇することがなかった。そのため今回一気にどちらの編成も撮影することができて、気持ちよかった。After enjoying 4005F with "Anohana ~the flower we saw that day~" decoration, I could also photographed two sets of 10-carriage 30000 Series at Tokorozawa Station.At first 30102F set on Shinjuku Line came. It was first time not only to photograph, but also to meet.A few minutes later 30101F on Ikebukuro Line also did. I have ridden on it twice, but it was also first time to photograph by camera, not by mobile phone.I have been photographing them several times since their debut, but couldn't. I feel happy to photograph first time.

飯能でしか見ることができない国際興業バス
国際興業バスといえば、東京都・埼玉県の西武池袋線、東武東上線、埼京線、京浜東北線、埼玉高速鉄道、東武伊勢崎線沿線を中心に見られる黄緑色のバスだが、飯能駅付近で赤茶色国際興業バスに遭遇した。飯能営業所所属の9501号車。しかも今や絶滅危惧種と言ってよい、出っ張った前面と大きなフロントガラスが特徴のいすゞ・キュービックという車種である。この塗装は国際興業バス創業時の塗装を復活させたもの。こと塗装の車はこの9501号車1台だけという大変貴重な存在。僕もまさか飯能の街中でこのバスに出会えるとは思ってもいなかった。そして、もう1台飯能でしか見ることができない国際興業バスに遭遇した。飯能市を舞台とするアニメ「ヤマノススメ」のラッピングが施された6025号車。2013（平成25）年に放送されたアニメで、西武鉄道も協力しており、西武電車の西武スマイルビジョンでも同作とタイアップしたハイキングマップのCMが放映されていた。2014（平成26）年4月より再放送が始まり、僕もそれを見ている。7月には新シリーズの放送も決まり、ラッピングバスがもう2台増えることも先日発表された。Kokusai Kogyou Bus is light-green-coloured bus whose network spreading in Tokyo and Saitama mainly along Seibu Ikebukuro Line, Tobu Tojo Line, Saikyo Line, Keihin-tohoku Line, Saitama Railway Line, and Tobu Isesaki Line. However I saw a reddish-brown-coloured one near Hanno Station.A Cubic, who has characteristic front with a big grass, manufactured by Isuzu Motors Number 9501 belonging to Hanno bus barn. This colour is the original one when the company established. The bus coloured this pattern is only that. I couldn't expect I met that.Soon after that, I also met another bus that being seen only in Hanno area.6025, whose body is decorated with the illustrations of "Encouragement of Climb", an anime work set in Hanno City broadcast in 2013. From this April I started to watch its repeat broadcast on TOKYO MX, however I have known this work because of tie-up with Seibu Railway such as commercial movie of Seibu Hiking Map on LCD. The broadcast of its new TV series from this coming July and debut of two more decorative bus from this coming May were announced.

今年も西武池袋線で「あの花」ラッピング車両を撮る
今年も西武池袋線で、埼玉県秩父市を舞台にしたアニメ「あの日見た花の名前を僕達はまだ知らない。」のラッピング車両が、去る3月31日より走り始めた。西武鉄道からの発表があったのは、3月25日のプレスリリースにて。車両は池袋線・西武秩父線飯能～西武秩父間で主に活躍する4000系4005F。TVシリーズが放送された2011（平成23）年は20000系20152F、映画版が公開された2013（平成25）年には6000系6157Fにラッピングされたが、今回はアニメの作中に登場した4000系にラッピングされていることが特筆される。ラッピングは「『あの花』と秩父の四季」をテーマに、羊山公園の芝桜、澄んだ夏空、龍勢まつり、秩父夜祭と、めんまちゃんをはじめとする登場人物のイラストが4両それぞれにデザインされている。僕は4月19日に「あの花」ラッピング車両を撮りに行った。東飯能～高麗間を走る4005F「あの花」ラッピング車両 4005F set with "Anohana" anime decoration on its body running between Higashi-hanno and Komaこの日は、「秩父札所総開帳」ラッピングの4001Fと共に8両編成となって飯能～西武秩父間の各停列車として営業運転に就いていた。通常の4両編成ではワンマン運転となるところ、8両編成の列車では車掌も乗務する。この日は通常4両編成のところを8両編成に増結して飯能～西武秩父間運用に就いていた4000系が、この4005F+4001Fを含めて3本見られた。横瀬～西武秩父間にある羊山公園の芝桜が見頃を迎えるため、編成を増強したものと見られる。それでは、4005F各車両のラッピングを見てみよう。4005号車（「春」） 4005 "Spring"4105号車（「夏」） 4105 "Summer"4106号車（「秋」） 4106 "Autumn"4006号車（「冬」） 4006 "Winter"僕としては、4105号車に描かれている浴衣姿のめんまちゃんと、4006号車に描かれている西武鉄道の駅員の制帽を被ってにこっと笑っためんまちゃんがかわいかった。車内は通常のまま。車内妻面広告枠も西武鉄道の「秩父金よる旅」と芝桜のものであり、車内アナウンスも通常のものだった。車内広告を「あの花」キャラを使った秩父市の観光PRポスターにしたり、土休日に限り車内アナウンスを、3月1日から運行されているちちぶ巡礼バスと同様に、めんまちゃん（声：茅野愛衣さん）のものに変えるなど、外観だけでなく、乗る楽しみが欲しいところだ。今年2014（平成26）年も、この4000系ラッピング車両や、めんまちゃんが車内アナウンスを務めるちちぶ巡礼バスの登場の他、「2014『あの花』スタンプラリーin ちちぶ ～春爛漫『あの花』街めぐり～」が4月25日から6月1日まで開催されることが決まるなど、西武鉄道と「あの花」とのコラボレーションはまだまだ続きそうだ。やはりアニメに登場したことで、4000系が秩父へと向かう列車だということが印象付けられて、コラボレーションイベントが放送終了後も実施され、ファンを飽きさせないことが大切だと言える。「あの花」にも登場した飯能駅のベンチとともに A bench on a platform of Hanno Station appearing on Anohana anime.From this March 31st 4005F set of Seibu 4000 Series started to run as "Anohana ~The flower We Saw That Day~" decorative train, which was officially announced on March 25th and is third time to decorate the body of a Seibu Railway's train with the anime picture following 20152F set of 20000 Series in 2011 and 6157F set of 6000 Series in 2013.This time's remarkable point is that the decoration is put on the body of a 4000 Series set, which was pictured on some episodes of this anime work.The characters and the famous sights or festivals, moss phlox planted in Hitsujiyama Park at the almost middle of Yokoze and Seibu-chichibu, clear sky in summer, Ryuzei Festival on October, and Chichibu Night Traditional Festival on December, in Chichibu City are pictured on the decorations.Then I went photographing on Seibu Ikebukuro and Seibu-chichibu Lines.On that day, this set was in service as a local train from Hanno to Seibu-chichibu, coupled with another 4-carriage set 4001F which is decorated with the advertisement of the Deities' exposition once every twelve years.I saw the other two 8-carriage local trains were in service on this section due to the increase of passengers to watch the moss phlox.Among the decorations, Meiko "Menma" Honma wearing Yukata on 4105 and wearing station staff's cap and smiling on 4006 looks cute.Interior has no notable feature, the ad on the end of each carriage and the announcement are the same as the other 4000 Series.I would like to say the train needs to introduce some attractions not only on the body but also in the interior, such as the posters featuring the characters and the famous scenery in Chichibu and the announcement by Menma-chan (voiced by Ai Kayano) like Chichibu Loop Line Bus debuted on March 1st. Besides the decorative train and the bus with Menma-chan's announcement, a stamp rally event collaborated with the anime work and Seibu Railway is holding on April 25th to June 1st. Picturing 4000 Series on the anime show may hit viewers right between the eyes as the train going to where the anime work is set. ディフォルメされた（ちびキャラの）姫宮ななちゃんを練習してみた。2012年に車内マナーの向上を呼びかけるポスターに登場して以来、東武電車の車内中吊りポスターやLCDにたびたび登場するようになったちびキャラななちゃん。僕も車内マナーポスターで初めて見て以来、かわいいから1度描いてみたかった。僕は等身大イラストもちびキャライラストも、どちらも好きなのたが、最近はこちらのちびキャラのななちゃんの方がより好きになってしまったような感がする。ディフオルメされてよりかわいくなったななちゃんを、東武鉄道が公式でぬいぐるみやストラップといったグッズにして作ってほしいものだ。I first drew and painted small- and cutely-deformed Nana Himemiya.Since a poster in a train saw telling good behaviour in the train in 2012, I would have wanted to copy her in this deformed drawing, who had appeared on some posters and LCD in the Tobu Railway trains.Nowadays, I prefer deformed illustration to live-size one because of its cuteness.I wish some goods of her in this deformed drawing, such as a fluffy doll or a strap, from Tobu Railway.

東急4103Fが8両編成に短縮された本当の理由!?
先日、東急4000系の4103Fが8両編成に短縮されたことをお伝えしたが、その理由が5155Fの代用ではない線が出てきた。それは、「5000系の田園都市線への復帰」である。4000系の4600形のうち4601号車から4604号車までの4両は、田園都市線用の5000系の独立M車5900形として新造された車両であり、内装も田園都市線仕様の青色を主体としたものとなっている。そうなると、抜き取られた4603号車は、東横線に在籍する5000系、5118F、5119F、5121F、5122Fのいずれかを田園都市線に復帰させるために抜き取られた可能性もあるということだ。2014（平成26）年度の増備車両についてはまだ公式発表はないものの、東横線の5000系4本は本来田園都市線用に製造された編成であるため、東横線の5050系の投入が今年も続けられれば、5000系の置き換えを目的とするものと見られ、5000系4本の田園都市線へ返却を見込んでいる。昨年2013（平成23）年3月の東横線と東京メトロ副都心線との相互直通運転に向けて、東横線に5050系を増備することが急務となったため、2010（平成22）年以降の新造車両は5050系と4000系が中心となり、5000系の増備は停滞していた。僕は以前の予想で、5050系8両編成3本と5000系独立M車と6ドアT車を新造と書いたが、これを5050系8両編成3本と4000系独立M車4両（2代目4601～4604）、5050系T車4両（2代目5470・5570・5471・5571）を新造、5118F・5119F・5121F・5122Fを暫定的にオール4ドア編成で田園都市線に復帰に予想を変更したい。Several days ago, I wrote about the carriage shortening of 4103F set fo Tokyu 5050-4000 Series. I wrote why 4103F had been shortened was to make up for 8-carriage set damaged in the accident on February. But I found another reason, picking a motored carriage to return a 5000 Series set to Den-en-toshi Line.Four middle motored carriages of 5050-4000 Series, 4601, 4602, 4603, and 4604, were originally manufactured as the one of 5000 Series on Den-en-toshi Line and their interior colour are different from the other 5050 Series, blue longitudinal seats and purple-blue-coloured protection on the seat end.Though there is no official plan for introducing newly-made carriages in 2014, if 5050 Series keep being manufactured this year, these sets will seem to replace 5000 Series on Toyoko Line, 5118F, 5119F, 5121F, and 5122F. When 5000 Series rearranging to 10-carriage train to come back, the middle carriages of 5050-4000 Series are needed.For 5050 Series and 5050-4000 Series have mainly been manufactured since 2010 to prepare for the start of going-through service between Toyoko Line and Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line in 2013, 5000 Series had stopped manufacturing and the number of the carriages couldn't reach the aim in 2007.I would like to correct my forecast to that 3 sets of 8-carriage 5050 Series and 4 non-motored middle carriages of 5050 Series (5470, 5570, 5471, and 5571) and 4 motored middle carriages of 5050-4000 Series (4601, 4602, 4603, and 4604) will be manufactured from the one before.

リアル「ふえて～る」トレイン!? のるるんだらけの東急電車
13日、東急4000系車内で、東急電鉄の会員制ポイントサービス「のるレージ」の新作中吊りポスターを見た。このポスターでは、2000系2001Fの2451号車にたくさんののるるんが乗っている。東急電車の車内にたくさんののるるんが乗っているというシチュエーションといえば、TOQビジョンで放送されていた「のるレージ」CM「ふえて～る篇」を思い起こす人も多いことだろう。このポスターを見ると、のるるんはかなりの巨体で、横幅が座席3人分、奥行も扉口の半分以上もあるため、十数体乗っただけで通勤ラッシュ状態だ。個人的にはのるるんのモチーフとなった5000系を使用してほしかったところだが、2000系は平日日中と土休日は暇を持て余していることが多いだけに、今回撮影に使われたのだと思われる。このポスターのようなのるるんがたくさん乗った東急電車が実際に走っていたら、僕はぜひとも乗ってみたい。かわいいのるるんに囲まれたい…。ただ乗るのが大変そうだ。On 13th, I found a poster of frequent user programme featuring many Noruruns riding a train, 2451 of 2000 Series, in a Tokyu Corporation train.This kind of situation may remind Norurun fans an old commercial movie of the programme on TOQ Vision.Looking carefully, Norurun has a big body, almost the same as the longitudinal seat for 3 passengers in width and over a half of the entrance in depth, which makes the train crowded only by 10 or a little over Noruruns.Though I personally wish the train would be a 5000 Series set which inspire the Norurun's basic image, why a 2000 Series may be used is it usually doesn't have regular operations in the daytime on weekdays and holidays.I would like to get on the train like this, and to gather many Noruruns in the train. But it seems to be hard to join in...

秩父の田舎を走る西武4000系
吾野駅前から武蔵野台地と秩父盆地の境界の里山を背景に走る西武4000系の西武秩父行き列車を撮る。吾野駅は高台に位置しており、周辺の住宅地よりも標高が高い盛り土の上や高架を走ることが多い高麗～西武秩父間においては、列車とほぼ同じ目線で周囲の山々を背景に撮影することができる数少ないフォトスポットだと言えよう。僕もこの日に初めて吾野駅に降り立ち見つけたフォトスポットだったため、今までその存在を知らなかった。僕も以前から、池袋線・西武秩父線の飯能以西の区間で秩父の山々を背景に列車を撮影したいと思っていたため、今回の発見はとても思い出深いものとなった。I photographed a Seibu 4000 Series from a hill where the station building of Agano stands against the mountains spreading the border of Musashino plateau and Chichibu basin.Because of its site location, where you can photograph almost the same height as the train against the mountains may be rare between Koma and Seibu-chichibu which is mainly constructed on high embankment or viaduct. I hadn't known there due to my first stop-off.It was memorable to find a photo spot by myself because I had wished I would like to photograph Seibu Seibu-chichibu Line train against the mountains.

お花見ななちゃん
1日、隅田公園でお花見をしてきた。サクラと隅田川、そして東京スカイツリーと川を渡る東武電車、これら4つを一度に拝めるスポットとして知られ、撮り鉄の間でも有名なサクラスポットの1つとなっている。今年は4月1日がちょうど東京で満開となり、隅田公園もたくさんの花見客で賑わっていた。そこで僕は、ここで見られるサクラ、東武電車、東京スカイツリーを背景に、お花見をしている東武鉄道のマスコットキャラクター、姫宮ななちゃんを描いてみた。On 1st, the day cherry blossoms in Tokyo fully bloomed, I went watching the blossoms in Sumida Park along Sumida River, where you can see also Tobu Isesaki Line trains and TOKYO SKYTREE.I created a picture of Nana Himemiya, mascot of Tobu Railway, with my photograph of the blossoms, a train crossing the river, and the tower taken there.サクラの花に合わせたピンク色のワンピースを着たななちゃんが、お弁当が入った紙袋を下げ、髪が風に靡いているイメージで。Wearing pink-coloured one-piece resembling the blossoms, she stood there holding a paper bag containing a bento and her hair was caught by mild wind.
