Tengo hambre!
I had made a reservation for my medical check this evening.I received a reservation paper, and it was written things that you must do or don’t before the test.1. You must not eat for 5 or 6 hours before the test.2. You can drink only water or tea for a while before the test.3. You must refrain from going to toilet for a while before the test, in case checking the size of the bladder.4. If you are chronic constipation, you must take a medicine which was provided by us the night before the test.Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go and get the medicine, so I bought the medicine called “ガスピタン (gas stopper?)” and took it.But it didn’t stop gases, so I tried really hard not to break wind…I ate lunch as fast as I could, and asked my colleagues not to give me any food today.I kept drinking Japanese tea and was concentrated on my work. I guess I worked much harder than usual!At five o’clock, one of my colleagues offered me a nice piece of cake!!!I was about to eat it, but I realized that I shouldn’t eat before I took a piece.Finally, I went to the hospital.The doctor used a supersonic device and took some pictures of the internal organs.He tried to take a clear picture, so he sometimes pushed it hard on my stomach.While the test, I heard some strange noises.It came from my stomach. trabajo en los domingos
I went to work today.The new system will be released tomorrow in our office and I had to do some test before the system starts.I had been told this test would start at two o’clock but I wanted to do something else before it, so I arrived there around one o’clock.The other work took time more than I expected.At two o’clock sharp, I got a call.I really wanted to ignore this call but I answer it.It was a call of delay of the test.It delayed over forty minutes.My colleague said “it is as usual, isn’t it?” (^^;)During the test, two more employees from other section came to work.It is Sunday today.It is not a working day for our company.I was quite impressed by their eagerness!One of them asked me “Do you usually work on Sundays?”I said “Noooooooooooooo!”I don’t like to work on weekends, anyway.That is no doubt that our company is absolutely Japanese company!

Adio´s Ranieri!
Claudio Ranieri dismissed from Valencia Club de Fútbol, at last.I am not going to make any comment about it, but simply I am very sad that team Valencia can not win matches these days.It was reported that the next manager is Antonio López who had been segundo entrenador (second manager?) when Rafa Benítez was the manager of Valencia CF.Apparently, Antonio López is a great coach.I guess the players will suffer this hard time and it is difficult for them to being calm for a while.I do not believe they started winning just replace manager, but I hope Antonio will do his best, and team Valencia will win all the rest matches!

Un viaje con Alberto
I saw a movie called “Traveling with Guevara”.But the Spanish title was different.It was “un viaje con Alberto ( a travel with Alberto)”.It is a documentary film while making a movie called “The motorcycle diaries”.I liked the original movie, and I was curious this documentary film.The trouble was that, it was played once in a day in Ebisu and it started playing nine thirty at night.It is too late at night, isn’t it?The movie itself was quite interesting.Alberto is a man who traveled with Ernesto Ché Guevara.And he was the advisor of “The motorcycle diaries”.He traveled with the crew and gave them advices.I suppose Alberto is not famous in Japan, but he was really famous in Chile.He talked about his travel and his friend Ché with people there.He looked happy each time he talked his memories.

I saw a movie called “Blade” on TV.I started watching it 10 minutes from ending, so I didn’t get the story of it.After finished watching it, my parents and I talked about our memory of movie.I remembered I saw the first Jackie Chan’s movie, when I was a child.I hadn’t watched martial art’s movie before then, I didn’t understand the storyline of this movie.But now I think that was a great experience, although I wasn’t happy to watch this movie then.I preferred the other two movies that I watched at that time.One was an animation movie called “Arare-chan”, and the other was the one which was starred the popular pop group.I saw these movies in countryside, so I only paid for one movie and I saw them as much as I want.What a great old days…

My colleague and I were telling one of our sales staff to leave work early yesterday.According to him, his body temperature was over thirty nine centigrade.I regretted this persuasion.When I saw my colleague in the morning, she looked tired.She said she might catch cold.For my part, I was not feeling well, too.We worked as usual, but I noticed her condition was getting worse.I made her to leave work early and she did so.After she went home, I heard the sales staff had had influenza.We shouldn’t have talked him yesterday!!!Today’s phraseミイラ取りがミイラになる Miira tori ga miira ni naruword‐for‐word translation → Mummy hunter becomes mummy.correct translation → join [take sides with] those one was supposed to restrain

Did you know that ipod’s body is made by small factories in Niigata, Japan?These factories were gathered and became a group called “磨き屋シンジケート Migaki-ya syndicate (a polisher’s syndicate)”.Have you seen the back of ipod?It was made of stainless which looked like mirror.They polished the back of ipod.It was amazing!They are local factory workers and they were called “職人 Shokunin (craftsman)”.It seems the images of Shokunin and Apple computer don’t suit at all, in my opinion.But it is the fact that their skills were praised from abroad, isn’t it?I was quite surprised at this news and I respect their skills!!!

It seemed the most famous person in Japan right now is Mr. Horie.Mr. Horie is a president of a company called Livedoor.Livedoor bought Nippon Hoso’s company share.Apparently, he is going to have over thirty five percentage of its share.And the problem is Nippon Hoso is the number one share holder of Fuji television.So, you will have a big power over Fuji television if you are the number one share holder of Nippon Hoso.I’m not quite interested in this chaos but my colleagues seemed quite fascinated with it.However they weren’t interested in this company merger.They were interested in the amount of money he earns every year.One of them said “According his salary, he can spend two hundred seventy thousand a day! It is impossible to spend so much money!!! If you eat an expensive dinner, it will cost thirty thousand yen. And take taxi for transportation… Ummm, you can’t spend two hundred seventy thousand yen just for one day!!!”Oh dear…He is totally a down to earth person.But, if you get two hundred seventy thousand yen a day, what will you do?If I were a billionair…I’ll store two hundred sixty thousand yen in a bank account, and I’ll buy a house in cash.Then, take a two week or one month holiday and trip to Europe to see football matches of Valencia CF. The seat I will buy is not only be the most expensive one, but also the nearest one to the pitch. I’ll go to Ciudad Deportiva to see their training, too.I’ll stay most luxury hotels, of course, and eat anything that I want.Travel around Spain. Apart from Valencia, I want to go to Sevilla.I also want to travel around UK!I’ll take private airplane for transportation. That helps me not to spend much time to wait in line in the airport.Well, perhaps I’ll go to United States just for watching Star wars on the first day.I’ll buy the ticket, although it will be cost me a fortune. This fortune is not really fortune isn’t it?Well, I am another ordinary person, too.It is very difficult to be a rich, isn’t it?

Me volvi’ de Taiwa’n
I had been to Taiwan for a couple of days.I had a great time, so I really want to write about this trip when I have time.Although it only took me about three to four hours to get there by air, Taiwan’s culture is really different from ours, and I thought it was really interesting.Thanks for my friends, I knew a little bit about Taiwan’s culture and history.Most of all, I drank the amount of Chinese tea more than I expected. (^^)Apparently, drinking water helps you to be healthy, and oolong tea reduces fat in your body.I ate too much food, but at the same time I drank very much amount of tea, I must be really healthy.However, I don’t want to see a health meter for a while… (>_

un desastre en mi oficina
It was a disaster at my office.Couple of accidents which doesn’t usually happen did happen.Each accident contained serious problems, and it took much time than I expected.Naturally, the work I was planning to do was delayed.The last thing that destroyed my mental stability was my boss found that all the data in a report that I prepare were wrong.It seemed I lost my mind.My brain calculates two or three things at once, so I’m quite awake but at the same time, I’m terribly sleepy.Whenever I take a day off for a trip, I have some serious problem at work and do overtime.I’m sure there is a good example in Murphy’s Law.However, I finished my work at last, and I’ll have a busy day off!?

La cosa ma’s peligrosa es un prejuicio
My colleague and I were watching a floor directory of a building.It was all written in French, because the building was owned by some French group.We were staring at it, but couldn’t figure it out what it is all about.“I guess… Oh, this must be the first floor’s directory. You see there is a number ‘1’ here… Why they were all written in French? I can’t get it at all!!!” my colleague got frustrated as I did.I said “It is natural for them because this building is owned by a French group…”I almost gave it up, but then I found the sign of road!I said “Here! It looks like road, doesn’t it?”And she looked surprised at my discovery.We wondered why I knew the meaning from this sign for a few second.We stared the sign that I was pointing and understood the reason I got the meaning of it.It was written as “道路”.This directory was not only written in French but also Japanese.You can see Japanese sign was shown beside the French one.Although each sign was written in French and Japanese, we believed there were no Japanese sign there.The most dangerous thing is a prejudice!!!

I found a funny classified advertisement today.It was as below.SECRETARIAL SUPPORT POSITIONPosition must be filled with an individual who does not make careless mistakes.I guess the former employee was terribly careless person…I do think it was an odd advertisement.I saw other funny classified advertisement before.It was an advertisement for secretary position.It said this company or person wanted “an attractive woman” to be his or her (?) secretary.You can sometimes find these types of strange advertisement, if you look for really carefully.Perhaps, I’m qualified the first one because I’m a very careful girl!

Hay di’a de Santo Valentine en Espan~a?
It was St. Valentine’s Day.How much chocolate did we consume in Japan today?Or I should say I wonder how much money was used for chocolate.St. Valentine’s Day is a day that girls have to give men chocolate in Japan.I pretended that I totally forgot it, but I couldn’t.I saw my colleagues gave others some chocolate.To my surprise, guys were far more pleased by it than I thought.Then I reconfirmed that men wants chocolate on Valentine’s Day although they don’t like sweets.Apparently, the amount of chocolate tells one’s popularity.My father was so pleased when I gave him chocolate, and he hardly eats it. He prefers alcohol to sweets.The creature which is the most difficult to understand is man…Oh, for my part, I ate five chocolate today.Valentine’s Day is not totally bad for me!?

Las cosas acerca de Espan~a
I froze when I saw the news report about the fire in Madrid.The big building was on fire.The thing that I first suspected was an act of terrorism, but I was wrong.Apparently, it was just an accident and incurred slight casualties.These casualties were three fireperson who breathed in the smoke at the site.I felt relieve when I knew the less casualties.===================================I’m watching a football match of Spain and San Marino.Unfortunately, no one but Marchena played this match from Valencia CF.Vicente currently doesn’t play because of injury.Albelda and Baraja are not in good condition right now.I heard Cañizares was in a substitution of this match but Casillas is the number one goalkeeper in Spain, so it seemed he didn’t have a chance to play this game.Apart from Valencia CF, one of my favorite players is Joaquín from Betis.It seemed he was in a good condition then, and played really well.(En español, “Jugó de maravilla!” verdad?).He scored at least once while I was watching this match and it hasn’t finished yet!I hope he will score again!And Fernando Torres!He is one of the best players in Spain, in my opinion.I suppose nobody disagree with me!

I went out for English lessons today.I didn’t want to spend any money, so I tried not to see any shops when I was outside.There is a certain period to want to do shopping, and I’m in that period right now.Thanks to my strict mentality, I didn’t go in any shops or department stores.However, in my way back, there were temporary shops at the exit of the station.I tried not to see that direction, but something stopped me.It was a Japanese sweet.I felt the power pulling to that direction, and I yielded at last.I hesitated to buy it and I was talking to myself at heart “I’m not going to buy it, at least not today.”Then a clerk offered me a piece of cake.I must admire his sales technique.I bought two DAIFUKU and two KUSAMOCHI.It cost ONLY four hundred yen!Although I broke my rule, DAIFUKU and KUSAMOCHI was extremely delicious than I imagined!大福 だいふく (DAIFUKU)a soft round rice cake stuffed with sweet bean jam草もち くさもち (KUSAMOCHI)a DAIFUKU which includes YOMOGI (mugwort) in the part of rice cake

I was woken up by a phone call.That was a call from a friend whom I would meet me today.It was 11:30, so she wasn’t expected that I was sleeping.I tried to hide that I was sleeping.I spoke very clearly and louder than necessary.The trouble was I had to speak in English.When we met afterward, she asked me if I was sleeping at that time.I had to tell her the truth.She said she noticed that my voice was strange.Although I pretend to be widely awake, everybody notice that I am sleeping quite easily.We chatted for a while and I realized that it was getting difficult to catch what she said.More than that, I couldn’t follow what I was saying.We finished tea and went home, because it seemed I was losing concentration.I reconfirmed that the duration of my concentration is two and a half hours.

Dos muchachas agotadas
I went out for a cup of tea with one of my friend.We haven’t chatted for a while and we had a lot of things to talk about.She said some employees in her section were transferred.Some people left and some came to her section.Now, she had to train them, but she had own her job, so the result was she had to work overtime.I’m really sorry to hear that.She said she has been exhausted for a couple of weeks.She sometimes finds herself sleeping in a commuter train.I thought that’s weird.I usually sleep in a commuter train although a seat isn’t available.I’ve been working at Tokyo area for more than ten years, now I have a skill of sleeping with standing.So, it is quite natural for me to sleep in a commuter train but not for her anyway.Then I remembered something.I hadn’t been a good health condition for a couple of days, so I took an indirect way to get home to have a seat in a commuter train.One day, I woke up when my hand twitched.The next day, I slightly woke up and I felt my left foot is in a mid air but still, I was half awake and half asleep.Then I was roughly woken up by a big crack noise.It sounds like someone hit the floor with a slipper.The truth was it wasn’t someone but me.My left foot couldn’t hold still in the mid air. It was fallen down by a gravity of the earth.The big crack noise was made when my left foot hit the floor.I felt a man sitting next to me jumped from his seat a little bit with this big surprise, and I was widely woken up too but I pretended I was still in a dream deeply.If you were in my position, you did the same, I suppose.When I finished telling her this story, she was crying because of too much laughter.Some people say that my life is filled with laughter, and they suggest me to keep writing these funny stuffs.Unfortunately my writing skill in English is not enough to explain it precisely.I hope you can get a glimpse of it from my sentences!

un partido muy bien!
I went to see a doctor for my medical check.I took some photo by ultrasonic waves and then, took some X-ray photographs.I had ever taken X-ray photographs before, but it was my first time that a contrast medium infused into my vein.It was a big machine to take an X-ray.It seemed a bed with a plate at the bottom of it but it was adjusted any angle.First, it was upright, so I stood at the plate.Then, an engineer moved it to be horizontality, so I was looked like lying down.A nurse came to me and said she was going to infuse a contrast medium.The thought that a needle would hurt me, made me feel blue.And it made a thing much worse.She said “have you ever been said that your vein is not thick enough?”Yes, apparently, my vein is quite thin, and she couldn’t find it.She put the needle twice and she lost twice.When she lost the second time, she said “Um. Sorry. I’ll call somebody else to do this. She will do it alright, so don’t worry!”How could I say to her???Yes, the second nurse finished it just one injection, however there were three bandages on my right arm then.Although I had a bad day, I should be happy about it because Japan won the football match against North Korea!

voy a ver el partido en la televisio’n!
I will take a day off tomorrow.That’s my business but I’m afraid of one thing.I e-mailed some of my colleagues that I would take a day of tomorrow and one of them asked me,“Oh, you will go and see the match tomorrow, won’t you?”That is the thing I was very much afraid of.Whenever I take a day off, my colleagues believe that I will go and see football games, concerts or exhibitions of Star Wars.It’s very natural that I take a day off for my personal matter, in my opinion.But people don’t seem to agree with me at this point.How strange it is!!!More than that a colleague sit right behind my desk will also take a day off tomorrow.He, of course, takes a day off to see the match, because he is a member of “football maniacs” in my office.I really want to declare one thing.I will not go out and see the match with him but I will stay at home and watch it on TV!And I’m not a person who takes a day off to see a football game (mind you, there is always an exception in our life!)

I changed my cellular phone yesterday.Now, it is my toy.I still can’t start a new line while I’m writing e-mail with this phone.But that is the best part of buying a new gadget, don’t you think?I’m going to solve each problem that will encounter from now on.By the way, there will a match of Japan against North Korea this coming Wednesday.It seems Japanese mass media is excited with this circumstances.I’m not going to write some difficult things like politics here.There is only thing to write is that I’m looking forward to see a good match.Oh, there is something I really care now is whether Nakamura and Takahara will play this match or not.I guess this is the most of the general football fan’s thought, doesn’t it?I’ve got one thing more to write.Pablo Aimar was selected by the team Argentina!!! (^o^)/I really want to see his fantastic play!!!But… Can I see it in Japan???

Hay algo que hacer para nuestro equipo?
There were something to write, but I totally forgot it.I got a great shock when I heard Valencia drew against Real Sociedad.I’m afraid to say but Real Sociedad is not strong team this term.It is in 15th place now.How can it be?I read news about it and I knew the starting members.Cañizares, Fabio Aurelio (Xisco, min. 61) , Marchena, Albeada, Fiore, Baraja, Corradi (Mista, min.72), Di Vaio ( Pablo Aimar, min. 61), Marco Cañería, D. Navarro, MorettiI couldn’t believe my eyes.Why Mista and Aimar weren’t the starting members?I’m really sorry about Ayala.He got injured the last game against Athletic Bilbao.He had been back from his injury about one month ago, and played three games and got injured again.He is not a very clean player, but he is definitely one of the best defense players in the world.I must bring tons of salt there to keep away their bad luck.I know it is a Japanese way but it will do in Spain, won’t it?We must do something to prevent from losing or drawing matches any more!!!I wish I could go to Spain right now!!!

I saw Golden Globe Award on TV today.I’m a fan of Kevin Spacey, so I really wanted him to win a prize but unfortunately he didn’t receive any trophy.I heard that he made a movie about Bobby Darin at last some time ago, but I haven’t heard any news then.I guess it won’t be released in Japan. If so, I must see something about it, on TV, magazine or anywhere.I don’t think Bobby Darin himself is very famous in Japan.He was a Jazz singer, if my memory was right, and passed away for a long time ago.I thought my father knew his name but the answer was he presumed that he had ever heard his name. That’s quite vague, isn’t it?I haven’t seen this movie so I’m not sure if it is well made or not.I saw some harsh articles about it on the net, so I don’t expect too much anyway.On the other hand, I was quite happy that Robin Williams received the Cecil B DeMille Award.They showed us some parts of the movies that he played before.I was so amazed the fact that I have ever seen most of his movies!Golden Globe Awardhttp://www.hfpa.org/Bobby Darinhttp://www.bobbydarin.net/

I was watching TV with my parents.It was a suspense drama.The basic story is that a man, who is going to marry a daughter of a rich family for money, was murdered.He was murdered by eating a DANGO (Japanese sweets) which includes poison.When we were watching the scene that this man was murdered, my mother suddenly said “Oh, I almost forgot it! I bought a DANGO for you!”I was gasped…You sense what I felt then, don’t you?I know a drama and real life are different, but don’t you think it is too good timing, do you?I asked my mother “Are you trying to kill me?” and we laughed.Perhaps I should check if they have my life insured. Just in case!

I went to one of our clients with one of my colleagues.When we were about to arrive at a station, he started patting my arms hysterically.He said “Look! Kato Kyu! Un blog muy divertido!
