Who said Japanese Force needed "Se x-slave"?

Do you know Mr. Hashimoto, a mayor of Osaka city in Japan, said the Japanese Force in WW2 needed "Iann-fu"? And Do you know that "Se x-salve is not equal to "Iann-fu"? I want American people to know "Iann-fu" is not "S ex-salve".

Iann-fu means a lady who received much money when she did s ex with Japanese. Japanese Force in WW2 didn't have to force ladies to do s ex because they recieved much money. So Iann-fu came to earn money by their own will.

"Se x-salve" is a wrong translation. This is true.

Do you know the USSR Force soldiers raped many many many ladies in Germany in WW2? The USSR Force has no "Iann-fu". No "Iann-fu" is many many many rapes. This is true.
