Fifty steps hundred steps
This is literal translation of a proverb that means "six of one and half a dozen of the other".Let me place in English so that it doesn't garble.1. It seems I have confused with "An eye for an eye"...but I found on an online dictionary that "measure for measure" means "tit for tat""backlash".2. In the native country of this playwright, there was a historical movement.They made a decision to leave Europe Union by referendum.Whichever the outcome was, stock market could be stormy.What I'd like to take a notice is: This was determined by a narrow margin.Besides, there were clear perception gaps between generation, and younger generation were lower in voting rate.From such situation, I couldn't help recalling a local referendum last May 17 on a reform which changes regional politics drastically.Of course, the difference is incomparably between those two referendums in the meanings and affects, though.Controversy came up after both referendums that elder generation made a choice to defend their current interest and destroy future of younger generation.At that time, on the whole, working generation voted for reforms, but elder generation voted against reforms.Besides, younger generation was lower in voting rate.The result turned out to maintain the status quo by a narrow margin.I look back that I began to see the word Silver Democracy frequently since then.As for this, as the one who wasn't a qualified voter in this city, I just thought that since this reform could change the structure of regional politics drastically, this referendum should have held not only in the prefectural capital city but in the whole prefecture.-Although I'm not the right person to judge whether this referendum could be described as "Much ado about nothing" -Shakespeare again.3. ・テスト一週間前になっても余裕ぶって勉強してなかったらなんか提出物多かって前からやっとけば良かったって後悔する × 案外その辺は計画性はあった・大体テスト前になると皆ニキビできてる 10代の頃はニキビは年中行事今週明けに吹き出物が出来たのは、別の原因だと思う。・もう皆勉強しすぎて目死んでる 見る余裕なし―とか言いつつ、簿記検定の試験会場の商工会議所で、耳栓やトラベルクロックを持ち込んできている人がいて、気合が入ってるな～と感心したことが ―何しろその商工会議所には時計がなかったもんで・夜遅くまで勉強やってたら『あー、面倒くさい』『でもやらないと』の繰り返しになってくる ×・テスト中絶対誰か一人は寝てる 見る余裕なし・テスト中たまにお腹鳴ってる人おる 聞く余裕なし・テストの点数友達と競い合う ○ 中学時代に、私はそのつもりはなかったが挑まれた・テストの時の監督の先生が好きな先生じゃなかったら口々文句言う × どうでもいい・いっつも誰か一人のせいで開始時間遅れる ×・テストテストテストテストテストテストテストテストテストテストテストテストテストテスト.....ん？テストって何？・たまーに退場させられる人がいる 見たことなし・テスト用紙の裏に落書き 端を折って裏に計算することなら簿記検定では計算用の白紙が配られるのでご心配なく・チャイム鳴ってもまだ書いてる人いてる ○・テスト中、隣の子に勘違いでカンニングされてると思われたくないから密かに『私あなたの見てませんよ』アピール ×・テスト中にシャーペン落とした時の恥ずかしさ ○・テスト返される時に先生がなんか一言言ってくる 忘れたー終わりー明日のBATICが終わったら―結果が届いてSubject2に行けるかどうか分かるまでの間ちょっと遊びたい…―と、いう状況なので今回はペース調整と称した手抜きにつき… おまけ＜バトン持ち帰り＞ http://baton.n-world.org/?id=36286

Halo effects
Until a month ago, appropriation of tax by the Governor of the capital prefecture (back then) was being revealed one after another. At that point, the ruling party was trying to keep this Governor in office.So I was thinking that the best way to make them learn the hard way would be to let them do as they please and push them into humiliating defeat at upcoming Upper House election-But that was the very thing ruling party was afraid of;This didn't come true because even the ruling party approved the no-confidence measure, and this Governor submitted resignation.However... if there is something I can say for the ruling party and entourage parties:Again, their victory is NEVER because their policies and works were remarkably good nor they could remove obstacles like ex-Governor successfully, but thanks to clothespin votes because of poor opposition parties. It's also I'm placing again and again; a group of lawyers brought up vote-value disparity promptly again, but what they should question first is low voting rate, isn't it?Now back to the main story:I might not be the right person to place it because I'm not a qualified voter in the capital prefecture,However... the background of the series of failure is partly because governor elections are being like popularity contests.Once there was a prediction that ex-Vice-Minister of General Affairs would be a likely candidate with faculty.His son is a popular talent and singer, and this fact seems to attract attention more.Sure enough, the ruling party requested candidacy for upcoming Governor election, But in the end, this ex-Vice-Minister of General Affairs rejected, explaining that he is inadequate for election and he doesn't want to trouble family.For himself and family, this was a right choice, but how about from the point of capital prefecture and our country? There is no judging, however...I've read that an adjective of our language "sekoi", which general public used to ridicule ex-Governor of the capital prefecture, was introduced by English-speaking media.If the true intention of the ruling party was to enclose votes from fans of his son, this plot should be described as "sekoi"-Or how do you say in this language? Original meaning of this word aside, I thought that "mean-spirited", "cunning" or "vicious" could express its nuance...Recently, I feel I frequently see news that ex-athletes are requested candidacy -which is nothing new, though.It's not always wrong that entertainers and athletes and cultural celebrities go into politics if they are people of vision and capable enough, But some are criticized that they cling to glory in the past and take politics too lightly.Some reject political parties' offer -with explanation that they want to fulfill their mission and career in their fields, it's impossible to become politicians unless they study about politics a lot, politician is not on-the-side job, and they are admired by general public.-In short, if political parties think those big-names as convenient come-ons, Is it OK to label that they underrate that general public always think simplistically enough to judge candidates with fame, popularity and appearance, and get tamed easily?Last of all; as for me, there is one thing I need to be thankful to ex-Governor of the capital prefecture.At the end of May, there were phone calls pestering me to vote for one of the political parties that backed this ex-Governor, which was really annoying REGARDLESS OF which political parties I was voting for.But since the series of scandals, this political party's plants seem to hesitate to call for support, so such phone calls stopped.◆：Ready to place summery if asked

APPLAUSE---!! to #Jupiter
Please excuse me for minor mistakes in grammar and expression.I don't use Twitter and I cannot post messages, so I'd like to place a congratulatory address here on Juno spacecraft's successful arrival at Jupiter. cf. http://www.nasa.gov/press-release/nasas-juno-spacecraft-in-orbit-around-mighty-jupiterAlso, a congratulatory address on one-year anniversary since New Horizons' Pluto flyby.Now, an artless question:I understand that the purpose of Juno is revealing formation and evolution of Jupiter.But may I expect some new pictures of Jupiter's moons?Because I didn't know that Jupiter's moons had increased to 67 while I was unaware until I began to read about space exploration again.As I confessed, when I was a junior high school student, I had interest in space and space exploration, especially Voyager program, but backed down after I flunked in mathematics in high school.As a result, while I was away from space exploration until I heard news that Voyager 1 reached the edge of the Solar System in summer 2012, I missed achievement of Galileo spacecraft and beginning of Cassini-Huygens mission.Also, failure of Nozomi unable to reach Mars and ended up in artificial planet, and long road to success of Hayabusa by our country.But I came back last spring, and I found that now it's far easier to read website of NASA and ESA than it might have been when I was a teenager,Besides, library of motion pictures is substantial.Since then, I obligate myself to read and watch about space exploration in English which specialized agencies provide directly-But some articles are too difficult to read without Japanese explanation.And it's lucky I didn't miss Pluto exploration by New Horizons spacecraft, and Cassini and Rosetta still on mission.I was glad when I saw news about Akatsuki working around Venus on website of NASA.And...when I saw this picture on website of Cassini-Huygens mission, I thought that if the toy of Cassini spacecraft in this picture were actually sold, I would want one -or maybe I'd rather want Voyager and Juno if such toys were sold. 習い事バトン
Q1好きだった習い事は？エレクトーンQ2これを習いたかった！という習い事は？小学生の頃通っていた水泳教室に、体操教室があり、体育で跳び箱やマット運動ができなかった私は習ってみたいと思っていたが、言い出せず。しかし…5年生の時だったか、テスト中にプールサイドで騒いでいた子供達にコーチがスターターピストルを発砲したのを目撃 ―といっても今は昔＋それでやめたいと思ったというわけでもないらしい ＋そのコーチおよび教室がどうなったかは全く知らされなかったので詳細は伏すが、 元々テストばかりで面白くなく、 その後、後述の学習塾に行くことになったのをいいことに結局辞めた。Q3習い事は今でも続けている？エレクトーン教室は大学進学で引っ越すことになったのでやめたが、社会人になってから音楽スクールに あと簿記検定・BATIC対策講習 ―だが、これらは習い事とは呼べまい習い事らしい習い事ならヨガか。(スポーツジムではない。ヨガといってもエクササイズ中心のもの、身体のメンテナンスが目的のものなど様々）Q4習った事を誰かに教えることはできる？仕事の合間のリフレッシュ代わりにできそうなヨガのポーズ（立ちポーズ）を職場のメンバーに教えるとか、 泳げない人に泳ぎを教えてと言われたら、水に慣れて泳ぎ方を教えるとか、 簿記ってなんじゃらほい、という人に3級の"基本のき"レベルの説明なら何とか…Q5習い事をサボったことがある？病欠や学校の試験や仕事の都合で変更・欠席したことはあれど、少なくとも無断欠席はいたしませんQ6習い事で一番身についたものはなに？・計画性かも・泳げるようになったおかげで、子供の頃は体育の授業が年がら年中憂鬱、ということはなかったし、大人になってからマリンスポーツを楽しめるように他は下記のとおりQ7習い事で、メダルやトロフィー等をもらった事はある？いいえQ8習い事は何年続いた？(続いてる?)上記のとおりQ9まわりがならってるから習いたかったことはある？ピアノ。同じ鍵盤楽器ならエレクトーンよりピアノを習っている子が多かったから。ただ、エレクトーンをやっていたおかげで、作曲という発想が出来たようにも思う。最後の発表会では自分のソロ・アンサンブル共にピアノを弾くことになったが、妹のエレクトーンとデュエットした曲（既に人並みにJ-Popを聞くようになっていた。弾いたのは、当時ヒットした曲で、妹と先生と3人で決めたと思う）のピアノアレンジを、ピアノソロ曲集の楽譜を見ながら作る…ということもできるように。Q10いつから学習塾へいってた？小学校6年生の夏休みの集中講座だったか―が最初（上記）レギュラーなら中学2年の時から―BATICってなんじゃらほい、ですって？ 国際会計検定―要するに英文簿記本日の七夕の願い事は、今回受験するSubject1で、次のSubject2に進むのに必要な320点以上 ―ではありません。勉強して何とかせい、というレベルですから。1. ただ選挙に行きましょうと言っても特に若者が聞く耳を持たないなら、形だけの一票の格差解消策とか掛け声倒れになる声掛けとかでなく、マイナス投票制度の併用など（既に最高裁判所裁判官の国民審査はいわばマイナス投票なので）、選挙の仕組みそのものも議論に上ってほしい。―要するに、有権者が白けて棄権した結果、組織票が欲しいだけの候補者やお上の思う壺…ということにならないよう、皆さん参議院選挙の投票に行きましょーね、と言いたいだけですが。2. 去年、音楽面において自分でも意外と思う曲に思わぬ影響を受け、今後の展開次第で"重要な1曲"にカウントされるかもしれないが、2016年7月現在シェアできる成果につながっておらず、自分だけがそのラッキーを享受するにとどまっている。その先に行けますように3. 佐藤竹善さんの東日本大震災復興支援単独行脚「北郷想」が「故郷想」という名前で再開されると今日知った。行けますように。抽象的ですみません ―ややこじつけでございました。＜バトン持ち帰り＞ http://blog.fc2.com/baton/15364/

Who's calling who thoughtless again?
Just half a month ago when appropriation of tax by the Governor of the capital prefecture (back then) was being revealed one after another,The youngest clerk in my office suddenly asked me that what this Governor have done.I tried to explain the outline simply; how this Governor was discovered of appropriation of state vehicle and government practices expenses and spent for private travel and shopping.Precisely speaking, the beginning of the problem was too high overseas business trip expense.Then, the clerk said that plainly speaking, what this Governor did was almost the same as the famous prefectural assemblyman who spread recognition about government practices expenses.You would recognize a prefectural assemblyman who suddenly wailed hysterically at a press conference and publicly embarrassed himself.I suppose it's what I could write because I'm NOT a qualified voter in the capital prefecture.As reported, Governors of capital prefecture have resigned one after another due to similar problems related with money.It's easy to get indignant what voters in capital prefecture are doing.But it's wrong to blame just voters; wrong choice is always possible.And it's nothing new that candidates deceive voters shrewdly and run for elections at timing when media cannot report unfavorable things.The best ideal is capable and sensible politician, but in the meantime:May I question how people who voted for this Governor think now?Some might be angry that they were cheated, some might regret for their choice, -Don't blame yourself unnecessarily, just take it as an important lesson.But some might have even forgotten whom they had voted.People who didn't even vote are out of question.Well... to tell the truth, I'm not the one who is innocent of making wrong choice at elections.So for the past few years, I jot on diary whom I voted at elections.In short... how can we be wiser voters?After the wailing assemblyman resigned, a by-election was held two months before official prefectural assembly election.Now governor election in the capital prefecture is coming after the upcoming Upper House election.Just cost alone, how much is the loss?I've decided to vote for candidates and political parties that can create society where people can live as people,But this criterion is abstract, so I might rely on elimination method again.I think it's not very difficult to decide whom to vote -or whom to outvote if we watch their usual attitude and situation... But what about the quality of information as judgmental standard?Is it OK to label that media provider side labels general public as dumb who have interests in nothing but craps?It's more than enough proof that they are always caterwaul over immoral love affair and illness of entertainers even while there are far more important things to report -which is another story for today.And is it OK to label that panjandrums want people just automatically obedient?Who is 181,818th visitor!?
