And the JR staff hurt her by his words. He said, "Ganbatte kudasai" or "Please hang in there." Why could the side of victimizer say it to the victim's wife? I think it wasn't appropriate.

At all events , it is a sad story. She didn't have to kill herself. Her strong love for her husband ruined her life. Without him, she couldn't live.
If I were her, I wouldn't despair in my life without husband. I guess I can't love my husband as much as she loved her husband. And I think my husband wouldn't want me to kill myself even if he would be killed in an accident. What's more, I don't live only for my husband. I don't want to make my other family members and friends feel sad.

テレビを見ると、尼崎で起こったJP事故の108人目の犠牲者のニュースを最近よく耳にします。その犠牲者はその事故でなくなった人の内縁の妻でした。彼女は夫のいない寂しい生活に耐えられなかったので自殺したのです。それで、ニュースは彼女のことを事故の108人目の犠牲者と呼びます。　それと、JR職員の言葉が彼女を傷つけました。彼は「がんばってください」と言ったのです。加害者側が犠牲者の妻にどうしてそんなこといえるんでしょうか？私はそれは適切ではなかったと思います。

ともあれ、悲しい話です。彼女は自殺しなくてよかったのに。彼女の夫への強い愛が、彼女の人生を滅ぼしたんですね。彼がいなければ、彼女は生きられなかった。
私がもし彼女の立場なら、私は夫なしの人生に絶望することはないでしょう。たぶん、私は彼女ほど自分の夫を愛せていないと思います。また、私の夫はたとえ自分が事故で死んでも、私に自殺してほしいとは思わないでしょうし。それ以上に、私は夫だけのために生きているわけではありませんから。私は他の家族や私の友人たちに悲しい思いをさせたくありません。
