どのくらいで減量に成功するかわからないけれど、がんばるぞー!!After we moved to Tsukuba, ny body feels very light. It's true that after we moved to Tsukuba, I go everywhere on my bike and I have started playing sports such as tabletennis and tennis once every week. Since my body feels so light, I decided to see how much I weigh. As I slowly got on the scale, to my surprise I only lost 2kg! My body feels lighter than 2 kg! It was a shock! Am I getting some muscle on my body?! Anyways since I feel good about losing my weight, I decided to go on a diet.I will lose 2-3kg. We'll see how long that will take but I'll try my best!

今年はどんな春になるんでしょうね?!To answer the request of our Rakuten friend, Shacho~san, today I will tell you our story about how we met. As I wrote here before that we met at the same lab where we were working. I used to be a secretary of a lab at university's science department in Kansai and hiroro was a post doctoral researcher at our lab. Until I started working as a secretary, I was working in Osaka with a job given by the staff recruiting service. hiroro worked in Tokyo before he came to the lab in Kansai. Why did I change my job? It was because it was near my house( the university was in my hometown), the salary was good for the demanding working hours and no overworking hours. hiroro just wanted to go back to university lab to work instead of a company. We still don't know how we fell in love, so some parts are still mystery. 3 years before I met hiroro, I ended a steady relationship of 7 years. After that I had no interest in steady relationships. I had many boyfriends ( friends who are just guys) and I had few guys ask me out, too. But I was just not ready for any serious relationships and 3 years passed by quickly. It was the same with hiroro, too. He had ended a steady relationship of 5 years and he too was not into serious relationships. It was in this situation that we had met. We saw eachother at the lab and we were close in age also. We talked about work but soon we started talking to eachother about different things naturally. Then we soon started to go to places together for fun. Many says,"Marriage is all about timing". At first I didn't believe this at all, but since I had experienced it myself, now I believe so! 6 months after we met, we decided to get married. What is that!? I seriously thought about getting married with a guy I went out for 7 years and because we thought too seriously, we didn't work out. And with hiroro, it was without really thinking seriously. This decision that I made still surprises me! It'll be the 3rd spring since we first met. I wonder what will happen this spring?!

Since it's the end of the year, hiroro is very busy with his work and he is overworking again tonight. So since I have nothing to do, I decided to stay up until hiroro came home. Why? Because I won't be able to stay up very late from tommorow since I'll be working from tomorrow. Until hiroro comes home, I'm going to do PC and read while I listen to U2, the band I love the best. I wonder how much I can read. If I can't finish then I'll finish reading it during daytime tomorrow.

(笑)A big shopping mall opened 2 weeks ago at Tsukuba Center. I was out and since I was passing by the new shopping center, I dropped by the other day. But there were people everywhere! There were so many people that I said to myself, "Are they all from Tsukuba?!" Since I hate the crowd, I went home without looking that. Today I went to buy Starbucks Coffee to buy some coffee for our coffee maker and our tabletennis rackets. And since I was passing near by I went to the new shopping center. There were many stores of foods, general goods, clothes, books and etc. And I also found many new discoveries, too and it was fun window shopping. I found many stores that I have known in my hometown area Kobe and Osaka area and they were all my favorite stores. That made me little happy! I later heard that it was very crowded because there were many shops that opened in Ibaragi prefecture for the first time. Anyways, I think this will be one of the places I'll be hanging out in Tsukuba since the shopping center is just right to go window shopping for fun.

(悲)As you know, I'm very bad at getting up early in the morning. When I get up in the morning, I'm either still asleep in my head or I'm grouchy. Either way it is. This morning I was completely asleep in my head. What I can boast about is about my smooth hair. To maintain my smooth hair and to get me awake in the morning, I can't do without washing my hair every morning. But this morning, I was asleep in my head still. When I was washing my hair, I didn't notice at all. After a while I notice that it wasn't soapy enough and that it smelled differently. So I quickly looked at the pump style container and said to myself, "Oh-oh!". I was washing my hair with body soap. I was really out of it this morning! Even if I tried hard to get up early in the morning, this kind of mistake ruins the start of the day. I'll be starting work in few days. Won't I be in panic every morning if I'm like this. I'm a bit freaking out about this.

Today one of my good friend is moving from Iwate pref. to Mie pref. due to his transfer. We had been friends for few years when he lived in Himeji and I lived in Kobe. Everyday I hear the news about "Takeshima" on TV. When I watch the news about "Takeshima" on TV everyday, it seems like both countries won't give up in their says. When I turned on TV few minutes ago, "Takeshima problem" was on the news so I stopped what I was doing and watched it. On the news, it showed Korean tourists going to Takeshima. I watched it with a complicated feelings. If I never had any experience living in Korea, I would without doubt agree with what the Japanese government. Although it was a short term living in Korea, I was able to learn and understand Korea and Koreans directly. So more the mass media makes this "Takeshima problem" bigger, I watch it with a very complicated feelings. I have many Korean friends whom I still continue to keep in touch by e-mails. Fortunately, they are very nice people and they write e-mails to me as if nothing is going on between the 2 countries. I don't know how to explain it in words but there are many people both in Korea and in Japan who has complicated feelings concerning this big problem between the 2 countries. And I'm one of them, too. Since I'm Japanese, I admit that I agree with the Japanese government. But that doesn't stop me from being friends with Koreans or Japanese living in Korea either. What I hope deeply is that these 2 countries find a friendly and agreeable answers to this problem soon!

さて、来年の今頃はどんな夫婦のコツを学習してるかな?!(笑)We will be married for a year soon. Since our first anniversary is coming up soon, we were talking about what we were going to do for our first anniversary before going to bed last night. hiroro asked me "Are you happy being married?" So I replied, "It's not perfect but I'm very glad I got married. How about you?" "I'm glad I got married, too. Now I feel lonely by myself and I think I've got the hang of getting married.", hiroro said. Our conversation went a bit off the track and we were unable to decide what to do on our first anniverasary. And our conversation ended with our result that it was difficult for both of us to start a married life in Korea, right after we got married. If we had started our married life in Tsukuba instead, then we probably had no crisis between us like we actually did in Korea. We would probably be living in peace! As hiroro said, "getting hang of the married life" is something I agree alot. When we were not used to living together under one roof, we took in everything one had said or done. But now we are both alot wiser than before. We know where to just do away and where we must take a say. And we also learned that talking to eachother is extremely important! even so after we got married. I think many married couples go through what we're going through now,too to make their original style of married life. I wonder if we'll both be wiser by the same time next year?! We'll just see.

Yesterday hiroro went to Tokyo for business. On his way home, he brought home a delicious cake for us. Since he brought it back, I said to him, "Let's eat!" but he replied back, "I'm not hungry so let's eat tommorrow." So I had a hunch in my head and asked him right away, "What did you eat for dinner today?" "I had Gyudon near the station where I had to go today." "Just Gyudon?! Aren't you hungry?" "Maybe a little." "Did you have potatochips on your way home??" Then his eyes swam in the air but I didn't miss it. "You had potatochips, didn't you?? Was it a box or a bag??" "I had a bag of potato chips but it was really good!" "!? Lokk at your stomache! It's sticking out! All the potatochips that you ate became this!!" and spanked his stomache.hiroro loves eating potatochips. Years before I met him, because he was eating convinience store lunchboxes and potatochips, along with his irregular lifestyle without any excercise at all, once skinny guy became fat! He weighed 78kg at one time, but after we started to going out, he was able to lose 8 kg. Personally, I like guys in well fit in shape. But if he buys and eats secretly than it has no means!! When you turn into your mid 30's, one must be aware of diseases. Potatochips are no good because it has too much salt and too much calories. I know the feeling of once you start eating, you can't stop, too. It's ok to eat every once in a while for a reasonable amout. But a bag?! No way!!

ちょっとうれしいなぁ~When I went to get our mail from the mailbox today, I received a letter from my 87 years old grandma among with other letters. My grandpa from my dad's family was already dead when I was born, my grandma from my dad's family passed away 2 years ago. My grandpa from my mom's family passed away 6 years ago, too. hiroro's grandparents from both his father and mother's families passed away already. So my grandma from my mom's family is the only existing grandma for both of us. As I wrote in my diaries before, my grandma is very energetic woman who visited us in Korea last year. That grandma wrote me a letter. In her letter, she wrote to me about how she is doing these days, about my hometown, about our ex-turtle,Aster who was adopted by my grandma and how glad she is about us being back in Japan. It was a heart warming letter and it made me happy! These days, I often talk to my grandma on the phone because it's faster and easier. Even I'm happy when I receive a letter so I thought to myself, it must make grandma very happy to receive a letter from me. Since I'm not busy at all today, I wrote back to her right away. When I was living in Korea, I wrote to her but it was a one way communication, since grandma didn't know how to send international mail. But now that we both live in Japan, it will be a both way communication for sure. I'm happy about that!

残りわずかな休みを満喫しなくてわ!I was unable to get up early this morning. Monday morning started out as I reflected upon my sleepyness and said to myself,"I'm sorry! I couldn't get up this morning". The tennis I played yesterday really got me and I had muscle pains all over my body which made me even harder to get up. But after I played tennis, I feel that my shoulders felt lighter than before. But I notice that as I age every year, so does my body, too. And it felt a bit sad. For example, it can be said the same about drinking alcohol, too. When I was in my early 20's, I was a well known heavy drinker among my friends. When I was in my late 20's, I experienced my first hangover and my first black out. This was a shocking experience for me because I felt I was aging fast. I was so shocked that I stooped drinking alcohol for 2 years. But then, I started to drink again. But because I had not been drinking for 2 years, my body conditions seem to change alot. Believe it or not!, once a well known heavy drinker can now only drink to a certain amount. When I was a little girl, I always wanted to be an adult but now it's the opposite! I wish I was younger nowadays. I know I sounds like a nonsense!, because I feel this way. But I can't help it.Anyways, I had been busy from the middle of last week, but today I have nothing so I can stay home, rest and relax! Just few minutes ago, hiroro gave me an e-mail on my mobile saying, "Don't need dinner tonight!".Wow! Lucky me! I'll just stay home and rest all day today. By this time next week, I'll be working. So I may as well enjoy the rest of my holidayswhile I can!

hiroro loves to play PC online games. He had been playing a American PC online game called, "Ultima Online" since he was single. And me?! I'm the opposite! I hate PC games. I think playing PC games are boring because you play on your own. Is it only me who feels this way?? That's why I never really played with Play Station or Nintendos. One of the rules in our house is "Are not allowed to play PC games for more than 2 hours". So hiroro thought things over and came up with a plan. It was to make me play the same PC game so that I will allow him to play longer. So he made me sit by the PC next to him and explained to me how to play and the rules of the game. But it just didn't work! I declared "I give up playing the game", because it was too boring and I got confused playing it. After this incident, I haven't been playing PC games but hiroro constantly says," If we play the PC game together, you might actually enjoy it!" and asks me if I would come and play. And he is secretly trying to make me become a PC game player every night.

From reading today's diary title, those who actually knows us very well might agree and understand about our charcters of "big sister and young sir". I think It's inherited from my mom's blood that my character is a friendly, very active, and good care taker. That was the reason why my other name from my school years was "big sister" among my friends. And hiroro is just the opposite! His character is gentle, slow taking and always goes along with his pace. From his looks as well, his image is like a "young master who took after his father". And as time passed by, my family started to call him, "young master", which later changed into "young sir" for short. When I told this to our friends, everyone started to call him, "young sir" and now we're know as "big sister and young sir couple" among our friends. And I'm sure everyone wonders about our subtle relationship, right?! Many thinks I'm the stronger one at home, but this is really all not true! It may seem so, but when it comes to important matters, "young sir" plays the strong role. He is very stubborn, too. But because of our subtle relationship of "big sister and young sir",but I recently think this holds an important key to why we get along so well.

随分と下手になってるんだろうなぁ~あんまりホームランボールを打たないようにしなくっちゃ!(苦笑)I slept in late this morning but I feel refreshed! And because I slept and slept, no more sleepyness! This afternoon, we're going to play tennis with the members of the new club that we've joined recently. I've been playing tennis since junior highschool but it's been many years since I hold my tennis racket. When I was in college, I was in a tennis club and played tennis just for fun. But it's been since then that I actually play tennis. It's been quite a few years so I must be bad at it by now. I better not hit many homerun balls today.

Today we're going back to our in-laws home. We will both start working from April and will be busier thannow for sure. So we decided to finish doing what we can now! While hiroro helps his family clean the house, I'll be at the hospital to take care of my father-in-law. I wouldn't know what to do since I have never lived with my in-laws and besides it's labor with strength, so I leave this to hiroro and I will stay by my father-in-law's bedside. Although I hate going to the hospital especially when I'm not sick, but no choice! I'll go and enjoy my quiet time with my father-in-law.

It has been almost 3 weeks since we moved. We are slowly getting used to our new city and new living environment. At the same time, maybe it's because we both have a room in our hearts now, we don't fight as often as we did, when we were living in Korea. They are small attitudes. But from these small attitudes, I feel often nowadays that we care alot about each other. I think we have a pretty good relationship with eachother nowadays. When I looked at the calender, I realized that April starts from next week. Many people who actually knows us often says, "You must be married for 3 years." or "Is Mrs. older?". But actually, we will have our first anniversary next month and I'm 2 years younger than hiroro. I must admit that I sometimes feel like we have been married for about 3 years already.Anyways, I secretly hope that we can continue our pretty good relationship and have our happy first anniversary.

My tabletennis experience was just playing for fun. I thought it was going to be easy going excercise. But I was wrong! Tabletennis is a pretty tough sports to play. We played for 2 hours and I was tired out by the time it ended. Everyone in the club was kind enough to teach me hitting forms of tabletennis and by the end of 2 hours, I was able to play a doubles game. It was fun! hiroro belonged to tabletennis club when he was a student. He was able to get his instinct back. He said 2 hours went by real fast, which was something you don't hear from him too often. Most members were much older than us and we were lucky to find a sports that we can both enjoy even after we're both in our 60's. I'm more of a tennis player so I have the ability to be better at playing tabletennis but I'm not swinging my racket fully. Tabletennis is really hard!! Because I used the muscle that I normally don't use, I have a muscle pain today.Ouch! But since I got a muscle pain the following day, does it mean that I'm still young?!

In yesterday's diary, I said, "I'll try to get up at 6AM tommorrow" without any confidence. And this morning, I didn't even notice that my 2 alarm clocks were even ringing. I don't remember how I even turned them off! When I jumped out of bed, I got up 15 minutes later than yesterday morning.Although it was before 7AM...Since hiroro is a researcher, he is able to work on flexible time and his work starts at 10AM. As I watched him sleep, I said to myself,"This is really no good!! I'll be late for work everyday if I continue on like this!!"I reflect upon myself about this morning's incidence over a cup of coffee. But I seriously must do something or it will effect my daily life from now on.Since hiroro comes home late, our communication time is after 10PM every night and continues on until very late at night. So we sleep around midnight or even past 1AM every night. But this is our only decent communication time to discuss about many matters so I can't take this time away for my sleeping hours.Well, no choice but I guess I'll try the ultimate way to get myself up every morning from tommorrow. I'll set my stereo as a alarm clock. The volume is loud enough to help me wake up every morning. I said to myself, "I don't know how many times it helped me not to be late for work/school!!" I secretly hope that this will really help me get up everyday from now on! There's so much things that are new that I must learn to get used to and I'll keep on trying. But if this stereo alarm cant't wake me up, then you may laugh! Haha!

Where I'm going to work from April, by coincidence or not, it's once again working at university's office of the Science department. I've applied to many job interviews and I was lucky to get few other jobs. But after talking things over with hiroro, I decided to start working once again at university's office of the Science department. I chose this for many reasons. ・Convinient to commute everyday ・Weekends and national holidays are off from work ・Salary・Constant working hours(Hardly no overwork time) ・Almost the same job that I had before I got married ・My boss thinks highly of my language skills and my active character ・Lively and friendly working atmosphere. But I'm a bit nervous about going back to work. With a fresh new start! I hope I can grow more mentally and physically into a bigger person through my new job working in the new office.

ちょっと自信ないなぁ~I'll start working from April 1st. It's been a year since I'm back to working full time. I must start getting up from the end of next week. After my marriage, our wake up time was 8A.M.. Since where I'm working starts at 8:30A.M. and I want to get some housework done before I go to work, I had to change my wake up time to 6A.M.. But I'm a very bad at waking up in the mornings.(Maybe I'm a bit violent when I wake up in the morning?!) I can stay up all night but waking up early is something I'm very bad at. But I must get up early from next week because I start working. Oh-oh! So I set my 2 alarm clocks to 6A.M. lastnight and went to bed. And this morning at 6A.M., the alarm clocks went on but somehow I had turned them off. And when I jumped out of bed this morning, it was already past 6:40A.M.. I said to myself,"Well, I got a week before I start working"and I also said to myself,"Starting tommorow, I will get up at 6A.M.!" Will I be able to get up at 6A.M. tommorow morning?? I have no confidence in this, so I'll just say maybe! for now.

自分達のライフスタイルモットーを実行しつつ、ここでも新しい世界や多くの友人達に恵まれるといいなぁ~☆Along with joining the tabletennis club, we're joining another club in Tsukuba. This club has a very homy atmosphere. It's a club mainly operated by our generation living in Tsukuba area, who gather together on weekends to enjoy Outdoor sports,BBQs,road trips, parties and etc. I'm also joining a housewives club by myself, too. This is a club for housewives who live in Tsukuba area, and we get together on weekdays daytime for lunch, shopping, exchanging useful informations and befriending other housewives. One must move on one's own when one starts a new life with zero background of the new life one will start. This is especially true to housewives who are married to husband who must transfer often due to his job. Husbands have their job wherever he gets transferred to. He is Mr.Somebody at his new office and he will get to know others through his job. But housewives like me are different. When I start living in a new town, it's sad but true that I'm Mrs. Nobody to start with. One must try and make herself into Mrs. Somebody. To join a club might be a small reason to start, but it's a good start to make our new life enjoyable and comfortable. This all depends on ourselves! I'll start working from next months, too. I think I'll start being busy from this week. When we're on mode, we'll work very hard and when we're off mode we'll play hard, too. We want to live this way as our way of life and we hope we discover other new worlds and make alots of new friends here.

早速普段の運動不足がたたって、筋肉痛になってたりして...(苦笑)Starting today, we're joining a table tennis club in Tsukuba. We are going to run after table tennis balls once every week on weekday nights for 2 hours at a nearby city gym. It all started when hiroro said, "I want to play tabletennis because I'm good at it and I enjoy it alot." We talked over and decided to join this club for few reasons. It can be a common sports to enjoy as a couple for the rest of our lives. hiroro doesn't like sports at all, so I was looking for a sports that we can both enjoy. It's also good for our diet and a good way to befriend others through a common sports, too. Since we are a bit out of shape these days, we fear we'll get muscle pains this week.

We slept in late this morning. We repaired the flat tires of hiroro's bicycle in the morning. Then we went to a nearby supermarket for groceries by our bikes to burn our calories. These bicycle trips are a great way to lose our weights and keeps us in shape! It's one of the daily life routines that I want us to continue while we live in Tsukuba. That was it for today. Let's turn on our engines for a one less new coming week!

We were supposed to visit Kamakura today. But we got caught in a heavy traffic jam so we got off the highway and took the local roads of Tokyo. I know the local roads of Tokyo very well since I've lived in Tokyo for 8 years during my college years. Our car, Pajero Mini has no car navigation system. So I'm the speaking car navigation system. Sometimes this car navigation system sings along to the tunes from the car radio, too. Anyways, when we were driving toward Yokohama, we drove by Shinagawa Aquarium. As you know, hiroro loves turtles and tortoises. He said he wanted to see sea turtles at the aquarium and since the time of arrival in Kamakura was going to be around 3PM, we decided to change our destination to Shinagawa Aquarium. As a college student, I lived in Oomori, which is right by the Shinagawa Aquarium. But since I lived so close by then, I never had a chance to visit the aquarium. Since today was the middle of the 3 days holidays, there were many families visiting the Shinagawa Aquarium. We saw beautiful fishes, delicious looking fishes, funny looking fishes, cute penguins and dolphins and ofcourse the sea turtles, too. It was fun! We also went to Akihabara, too because hiroro said he has never been to Akihabara by car. Although we couldn't visit Kamakura today, it was a good drive because I was able to teach hiroro the local roads of Tokyo. From next time, we're able to go anywhere in Tokyo since we both know the local roads now. Kamakura is saved for our revenge road trip next time.

(笑)On the way home from our in-laws, from hiroro's request, we ate dinner at a restaurant in Iwaki. The name of the restaurant was "Mehiko, House of Flamingos". From the restaurant's name, I thought we were going to eat ethnic foods for dinner. But where we ate was a seafood restaurant, well known for Crab Pilaf Rice. hiroro's favorite food from his childhood was this restaurant's Crab Pilaf Rice. And what's with the Flamingos?! I don't know why but you can eat while you watch the Flamingos flock around on the other side of the huge glass cage. This restaurant,"Mehiko" is a franchised restaurant in Kanto area. There are also house of monkeyes and aqauriums besides flamingos. I hope we go to the house of monkeyes next time we go out to eat, just for a fun story.

Last night, hiroro took our car to his family home for car inspection. Since he decided to stay overnight at his family home, I was home alone by myself last night. But it all happend right after I took a bath. When I take a bath, I always take off my marriage ring. I put it back on after I get out of bath. But sometimes, I forget to put my marriage ring back on unconciously. And last night, I forgot to put it back on unconciously and for a while I forgot all about it. I even forgot where I had left it. I usually put the ring on the washing table but it seemed like I didn't last night. When I couldn't find it where I usually put it, I was in panic! It wouldn't be funny to lose your marriage ring, right? I freaked out and looked eveywhere in the house for almost an hour. Then I found it between a little unrecognizable space of the washing table and the washing machine. I really freaked out! I must really be more careful not to lose it from now on!

って驚かせるぞぉ~☆We lived in Korea for a short time because of hiroro's transfer.Because we lived in Korea for a short time, I can speak and understand little Korean that is useful for living in Korea. But I didn't have enough time to learn to read and write Korean. When we finished moving and I have some time to kill before I start working, I quickly thought about studying Korean by myself again. To tell you the truth, I had no interest at all about Korea, until hiroro's transfer was decided. I think I'm probably a strange one who decided to study Korean without watching the famous Korean drama, "Winter Sonata"yet.I decided to use this book for my Korean text to study by myself. This book was a farewell present given to us from our friends of Japanese-Korean getogether of Daegu. This book tells the differences of cultures and customs between Japan and Korea comically. It's written in both Japanese and Korean. When I'm reading this book in Japanese, every page makes you nod because it's full of stories that you would encounter, if you had been living in Korea. Since written Japanese is only in a 4 stories comics, it made me want to read the details written in Korean. And that was the reason why I wanted to study Korean once again. The style to study by myself is very simple. I copy and write Korean in the book on a notebook. I underline and look up all the vocabularies that I don't know. After that, I translate and rewrite in into Japanese. The grmmars of 2 languages are basically the same and it's a bit easy for me because I know the Korean alphabets already.I can only study Korean when I have time and it's also free. It's a great way to kill time, too. My Korean friend from Daegu is visiting us in April and I hope to keep up my Korean by the time she visits.I'm looking forward to surprising her that I have not yet forgotten my Korean yet.

Today I went out for a little trip around my neighborhood on my bike.It was a very fruitful trip because I was able to check allthe nearbylocations of supermarkets, banks, bookstores, convinience stores andetc. I was very glad to find out that we live in a relatively convinient part of the town. You can find many new and small discoveries of the neighborhood just bywalking around on your own.I was lucky to find some shortcut routes, park with beautiful flowers, and some small shops, too. What made me happy the most?? I was able to find a cineplex near myhouse. I'm a well known movie lover. I will be able to go out and seemovies often and I can once again become a goer.(Movie-goer is a name of a club that my friends and I made. We talk about movies.)Since I'm back in Japan, I'll open all doors to a new world around me.

Today is March 14th, it's white day!hiroro doesn't care much about events and anniversaries. But today, he came home with some flowers."What's with the flowers??" "I bought it for my wife because it's white day.""They're beautiful! Thankyou! Let's put it here."And I put the flowers on our new dining table. When I read the card between the flowers, it really touched my heart. It said,"Thankyou for coming to Tsukuba with me. I hope we can continue to stayvery close"We have our ups and downs and we fight alot, too. But I hope we can continue to enjoy and stay close to each other, too.

その分、料理が下手だという言い訳もひとつ減ってしまったな...(苦笑)When I was eating dinner, I thought to myself,"The food tastes so different, just by using a different soy sauce."When we were living in Korea, I used to cook Japanese food everyday. But when I was cooking Japanese food, I always faced difficultieswith the small taste differences of Japanese and Korean seasonings. Since the tastes of Korean soy sauce and miso is different, it was hard to make Japanese food. Now that I'm back in Japan, my problem is solved. But now, there is one less reason for me to be a good cook.

Today is suppose to be the real start of our new life in a newtown. But thinking "This is Japan!" and feeling safe, I'm a bit lackof some nervousness toward our new life in Tsukuba. It has been quite warm for the past few days. Maybe I will get on my bike and ride out for a little adventure aroundmy new neighborhood tommorow.

We have finished moving to Tsukuba.Actually, we finished moving in a day.But on the night when we finished moving, I had a very high feverand was rushed to the hospital.I was told that I had a Type B Influenza.I was sick in bed at our new home for a week. But with the renewal of our homepage, I'm back feeling much better.

When my moving arrangements were just about to be finished, our American friend came up with a talk about a side business that can be possible in London,NYC,Osaka and Tokyo. Who are my partners?? My partners are my sister, our English friend who lives in London and another of our American friend who lives in NYC. We are now discussing about our side business project and its approaches through e-mails. So it isn't possible to tell you what we're actually going to do as a business yet. But we're going to make our side business homepage in the next 3 months. Although it's hard to first start a business, but once it can get going it will make it possible for me to work at home even is I'm pregnant. So I'm looking forward to it. And as for the rest of my partners, they , too are eager to earn some extra money since they are graduate school students and businessmen. What's so easy going is that we are teaming up with a reliable friends and our side business project is without any high risks. All of us have our minds set up to a certain degree of mistakes, too. We don't know if this will be successful or not, but we all know that it'll be a great experience and oppurtunity for all of us.

引越しに伴い、HP更新が不定期になってから少し浦島かも!?I don't know since when but it's obvious that homepage maintenance page has new and easy functions.Because of moving, I haven't been able to renew our homepage too often, now. And I feel like I'm a bit out of time.

All our things will be shipped off tommorrow afternoon to our new home in Tsukuba. Our things will be shipped off tommorow but it daoesn't get there until the middle of next week. Why? Because the mover's truck is a truck that is half used by another customer going on to the same direction and I have talked the movers into a big discount. Our moving fee is only \80,000. So because of the big discount, we have no say in when our things will arrive. But that's alright.Today I went to cut my hair, so that I can grow my hair long like I used to do. I hope my hair will be grown till my shoulders by next spring. After I cut my hair, I went to a bookstore. There I bought a traveler's guide around Tsukuba area. All I really wanted at first was a decent map of the Tsukuba. But as I turn the pages, I find some interesting places and shops around Tsukuba and I'm kind of getting to know the area already.Next week, I'll be off to Tsukuba. For the next few more days, I will just relax and think and think nothing in my family home.
