FCPS' Grow Your Own (GYO) program identifies and supports FCPS students and employees who are interested in pursuing a career in teaching or other operational career opportunities and pathways. Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) has a growing need for teachers and operational staff to work in our school division. At FCPS, our programs identify students and employees who are interested in pursuing a career in teaching and operational positions, as well as opportunities to support their goals.
Current FCPS programs include the Special Education Teaching Licensing Cohort, Educators Rising Club, Early Childhood Careers, Teachers for Tomorrow, Trades for Tomorrow pathways, and Back2Fairfax Teacher and Operational Seminars.
