Welcome to Fairfax County Public Schools Adult and Community Education (FCPS ACE). Our emphasis is on career and work readiness along with our premier adult ESOL programs. You will find a wide range of training opportunities in:

What if I am looking for a different program than what is listed?
ACE also provides registration support services to FCPS’ Summer Learning and selected school year programs such as FCPS’ Self-Directed Economics and Personal Finance . These programs have their own policies around enrollment and participation.
Registering for an FCPS ACE Class
For individuals there are four ways to register for a class:
- Online
- by phone at (703) 658-1201
- by mail
- in-person at our Registration Office (appointment required, please email [email protected] to schedule)
Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise approved by FCPS ACE. Please see our published FAQs for details. We currently accept payment by check or money order (made out to FCPS ACE), or by VISA or MasterCard only.

Summer Learning
For summer learning classes, please read the instructions for how to use the online registration system.
The ACE Registration Office is open for phone calls Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
It is closed on FCPS 12 month employee holidays and during weather related emergencies.
Registrations by phone require payment at the time of enrollment. We accept VISA or MasterCard only for registrations over the phone.

You must complete the FCPS ACE registration form, and mail in the completed form along with payment to:

Mailed In registration form payments can be by check or money order, as well as VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept 3 rd party checks. Please make sure to fully complete the registration form. Incomplete forms will delay the registration process. Please allow two weeks for processing of a mailed in registration form. A receipt will be sent to the email account on file once processed.
You must make an appointment in advance.

Payment
Payment is required at the time of enrollment.
We accept payment by:
- Check

- VISA
- MasterCard
When coordinated in advance, FCPS ACE may accept a PO or LOA as a promissory note at the time of registration. When using this method, please include a completed Registration Form for each person to be covered by the PO or LOA and include a copy of the PO or LOA.
When using the PO or LOA method, you must acknowledge in writing our published policies on withdrawals, refunds, and transfers . Customers using this method must be current on prior invoicing with FCPS ACE.
Enrollment requests using a PO or LOA can be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to: Adult and Community Education, Department A, 6815 Edsall Road, Springfield, VA 22151.
Please allow two weeks for processing enrollments using this method and we will invoice for the enrollments processed. Learn more about the specifics on registering the PO or LOA method.
For more immediate enrollments, we encourage you to use the Online Registration System and pay with a company credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) or Agency P-Card (VISA or MasterCard only). For specifics on registering using the Online system please click here.
