Here's what I've been doing pretty much all morning today. I got some recipe in my "free pages" , but sorry, it is only in Japanese at the moment. But most of you guys probably know how to roast meat with rosemary. This is mainly for people in Japan, and those who came from Japan recently. I just want to tell you that this is not unhealthy meal. You can eat meat and stay slim. Just don't eat too much starch with it. Instead of potatoes, rice, beans and sweet dessert, eat it with sauted greens, mushrooms, and salad. Wheat products with gluten is good too. You can have a bun with butter but not margarine. Pasta is also good but just half a cup. fry it with olive oil rather than just boiled. I don't think you'll be hungry later this way.
I also wrote about Rosemary oil. A few drops in your morning bath will help you wake up and you'll feel fresh all day.
